UPDATE: I called back, because I wanted to try to get the phone number for the clinic to call them directly instead of trying to use their scheduling number. I was told a few things that cleared up their scheduling policy. (1) All doctors have to submit their schedule availability before ANY of the schedule opens up for ANY doctor. They are often waiting on these before they can open up the schedule for appointments. That's why they don't know exactly when the schedule will open for October.
