Had pain for a year post procedure. Also was charged $30 more due to the clerk clicking the 4 instead of the 1 on the number pad. It was done in Jan of ‘23. She told me I’d get a refund check after the first of the year when they did their finances. Never heard back. But what’s $30 when you’re paying over $1400 after insurance anyway…
I went to New Albany Endo last week for a root canal and had a great experience. My sister is a dentist in Cleveland and asked associates in Columbus for a recommendation for me, and several dentists recommended them. Jamee at reception was extremely knowledgeable with pricing and other pieces of information I needed, the tech (not sure the actual position) Tenzin was thorough and kind, and Dr. Forloine was amazing. Phenomenal Dentist! very thorough and knowledgeable did an amazing job on my root canal will definitely see him from here on out!
