The receptionist in this office has a terrible service, she’s unprofessional. I called 3 weeks ago to schedule teeth cleaning appointments for my husband and me, she told me she was busy and she called me back 3 days after that I finally scheduled the appointments, the day before our appointments she sent the reminder and confirmation message and because we didn’t confirm right away because we were busy even that she mentioned answer until 4pm, I confirm my appointments at 12:18 she has been cancel my appointments and filled... read more
Very Helpful and very knowledgeable
The receptionist is completely incompetent. I used to see Dr. Johnson when his mother ran the front office and it was excellent. Unfortunately now, when you call in, the receptionist oftentimes is not at her desk (driving), will give you her personal number to text, and will not follow up on questions asked or will completely ignore you. It's too bad, I don't want to go to another dentist, but the frustrations I've encountered over the past week with his front office is unacceptable and unproductive.
Recommended. Dr Johnson and his hygienist are wonderful! They take excellent care of my mother. Very friendly and professional. Superior customer service!
