I can't believe someone with such terrible manners and such a rude attitude is working at the reception desk. They were shouting and being completely unprofessional. I honestly don't understand how someone like this could be hired
A Professional doctor
A small kerfuffle when I showed up for my appointment about my referral but ultimately it was found, the receptionist was kind and good under pressure despite the stress of constant phone calls and trying to find my referral, and honestly any small hiccup was worth it because I was amazed at the care I got from Dr. Stephen Im. It was the first time in a long time ( maybe ever) that I felt heard and got the care I needed.
Needs to find a better admin, super rude on the phone
