Absolutely great Dr and Vera is amazing. The bad reviews are not realistic, this is a busy clinic!
I had a test done on August 19, and Dr. Im told me to call the clinic to book an appointment to discuss my results. I started calling the very next day, but no one answered the phone. I have called repeatedly for weeks and left multiple voicemail messages, but no one has ever returned my call. This is completely unacceptable, especially when a patient is trying to get important medical test results. If only the receptionist/ front desk was different, this would be the best hospital!
I can't believe someone with such terrible manners and such a rude attitude is working at the reception desk. They were shouting and being completely unprofessional. I honestly don't understand how someone like this could be hired
