I've visited Dr. Spates on multiple occasions and each time I've left his office feeling one step closer to my ideal health. He is very direct, informative, and knowledgeable. Accupuncture is only of the services I use while at his office: my main purpose for visiting is comprehensive wellness, and stress relief. I would highly recommend Dr. Spates, just be sure you review your insurance coverage since they don't deal with insurance companies directly, it's up to you to save your receipt and submit it.
