Dr. Stephen Scoper of VEC is excellent at putting you at ease. All exams, and questions were answered thoroughly. The patients well-being is put first. My eye concerns seem to be personalized. I am waiting for a redo of an eye surgery from another surgical group, that did not work well for me. I have all the confidences that VEC is the right place for eye surgical care.
