Been a patient of his for over 25 years, and with me being 70 years old, he's been great with me.
I’ve been a patient of dr Cohen for almost 30 years I think . Now my kids are also taking their kids . He is great . Stacey the receptionist is probably the worst medical secretary I’ve ever encountered in my life . She is beyond rude and has zero compassion for other human beings. I realize it’s a job but at the very least treating his patients with respect and kindness should be a priority. It doesn’t take a lot to realize she is speaking to people who are either very sick or their loved one is !!!
Dr Cohen is amazing, his rude, eye rolling receptionist is the issue. I’m aware it’s tough to retain staff, I’ve been going to Dr Cohen for 20 years and this is the worst receptionist he’s ever had, everyone previously was friendly and competent. Doesn’t take anything seriously, easily overwhelmed, dealing with her in painful. Today I called about my increasing rapid heart rate (138) and her answer was he doesn’t have any appointments and to “call back and listen to my outgoing voicemail after we close” for the on call urgen... read more
