Dr. Shepard and his staff are very professional, welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend them. Everyone seems happy to be there and genuinely nice. It never takes longer than it needs to be. I am very pleased with their services and bed side manners.
Friendly staff and it doesn’t take forever for them to see you. Very flexible with rescheduling appointments and they are very good about reminding you of your appointments.
It is a friendly place. Dr Shepard and all the staff were very polite and helpful.
