Office staff is always friendly. You are seen at the appointment time. Dr. Shepard is genuinely interested in helping with all your concerns. He has been out family Doctor since 1982 We are very satisfied with his service.
Dr. Shepard and his staff are very professional, welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend them. Everyone seems happy to be there and genuinely nice. It never takes longer than it needs to be. I am very pleased with their services and bed side manners.
