I found the office staff very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I thought Dr. Shepherd very professional and caring in explaining what could be done with my teeth. I would highly recommend this office!
Dr. Shepard has treated the boys since they were tiny and has been patient, kind, and the epitome of a southern gentleman. He was conservative and did not rush to drastic interventions, favoring a wait-and-see approach that might cost him money, but bought him and his practice immeasurable credibility in his commitment to care. His staff are also glorious! Friendly, accommodating, professional—best in the business! 10/10 I would unequivocally recommend his services!
