I had 2 extractions and an implant from Dr. Clemens. I was extremely stressed but Dr. Clemens and his awesone did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and calm my fears. They never rushed me and took time to answer all my questions—and I had a lot of questions. And after both extractions Dr. Clemens called me later in the day to see how I was doing.
Billing department was wrong with the insurance info and tried to way overcharge me. Doctor eventually came out and treated me like a pos. Next day got a call from staff apologizing bc they had wrong info
Good technical skills, but the office was quite impesonal, cold, perfunctory, conveyer belt. Two patients needing extractions are placed into rooms. Dentist introduces himself, doesn't mention much about the condition, doesn't really answer questions. After anesthetic is given, the billing person comes in with the contract. Then the assistant talks about the post-op care; but it's all in a pamphlet and prepared, LOGO included, package. Then the tooth is pulled, and you are up and out.
