I was going through a major crisis last month. I called Dr. Muncy and left an urgent voicemail, I let him know it was emergent, but he never called back. We also had an appointment set that same day and I never received a call for the appointment either. Because I was not helped, I sought care from another provider who took me seriously. It was so frustrating to not be heard. I am finally getting the help I need. I do not recommend this provider to anyone. He is not qualified to handle trauma/sexual violence victims.
