Great Doctor and staff to work with
I (we) have become increasingly frustrated with the office staff at this location. When a Dr gives directions for a specific timeline post op appt & his staff refuses to schedule according to that time frame & insists that post op appt are "always" xyz, it certainly doesn't sit well. While we realize staffing issues have impacted every field, there's absolutely no place for no or little communication. A simple update on scheduling, pre-cert or even results goes a long way. I am so tired of being ignored by the nurse . I can't even believe she is even in the health care business. She makes the schedule for surgery and I am supposed to have surgery but she refuses to make me an appointment. I am about to see if my regular doctor will get me a new urologist. And I don't care if it is out of town. I have had enough of being treated like crap from that office. I have kidney stones that are hurting and they don't seem to even care about that at all.
