Dr. McConnell is awesome! I live between NC and St Simons Island. On a recent trip to my vacation home, I had trouble with my dry eye disease and the punctal plug in my tear duct. I called his office and was sitting in his chair within 1 hour. As a non-patient of record, he saw me immediately, examined me thoroughly, gave me medications and recommendations my regular eye doctor never even approached.
