I am hoping to be able to raise my review to a 5. However, I find it in poor taste to tell a pre-op patient who has had an appointment for months that they must come in the next day after their scheduled appointment at a certain time because of unscheduled deliveries. That is not a problem as long as you try to understand that I work for a school district with students who are counting on me to be there for their class.
