Used to be great until he signed up with TLC. Now staff is mean and always changing and the waiting room is like the third world. I think he's getting burned out too. I miss the old Dr. Cooper.
I have switched pediatricians because of the less than adequate care I got for my child from Dr. Cooper. My daughter had a ton of medical problems that he missed after seeing her for 12 visits in 3 months. I would not recommend this Dr for anyone that wants a good Dr for their kids!
Dr. Cooper has been the Pediatrician for 4 of my sons, including my oldest that he took from 0 to 18 years old. When we visit the office, its like seeing an old friend again.
I adore Dr Cooper as a doctor. A little over a year ago, he diagnosed my then 20 month old with Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. His quick treatment saved her life. Since, I have known of a few people that have died because their doctors didn't test or treat quickly enough. He is always very friendly and eases our fears, even as we sat in the hospital with a child that might die. I have had these Drs since my two children were smal, my daughter is now 21 and y son is 16 and special needs. I now have a granddaughter who also uses this practice. This ofice has always been outstanding with my special needs child and if there is something they are unsure of, they tell me and refer me out. I have NEVER had any problems with Linda, I consider her a great asset. I dont care for Dr Cooper. The times when I see him he over talks and I dont always get to say everything I wanted to bring up. I only continue taking my children there because his assistant Jerry Clayville is the best, my children LOVE him. Now Dr Cooper is signed up with TLC and has a different staff every time I go in. The head nurse Linda is still in the office but when my child had a recurring illness and I was in the office alot she quit being as friendly and is now standoffish with us. I absolutely love Dr Cooper! His bedside manner is outstanding and he goes above and beyond to make sure all of your questions get answered during a visit or if you phone in. The CRNP's in the office are very knowledgable as well.
Dr. Cooper is the best doctor in Salisbury! He really cares about his patients, I would recommend him to all
