Extremely thorough, professional and engaging ….
Very professional colonoscopy, from scheduling to aftercare. The ‘prep’ wasn’t as bad as I’d expected. Everyone, from the nurses to Dr Lacey, were caring, informative and efficient.
Dr. Lacey has done several Colonoscopys on me and a couple of Endoscopys on me and he and everyone at the Colonoscopy facility were very good and professional. He found 2 different medical problems over the past 7 years and took care of me and got me fixed back up.
I am very pleased to have Dr. Lacey as my doctor. He is professional and thoughtful. I have had two procedures with him and both times he has been calm, reassuring and thorough. He also has an exceptional staff.
Dr. Lacey was very personable and took care of my needs, answered any questions or concerns, referred me to appropriate specialists for testing and therapy.
My initial visit was rewarded with staff efficiency, timely appearance of Dr. Lacey, his clear and understandable explanation of possible diagnoses. I left with an optimistic outlook for treatment and resolution.
Every step of the process was executed as planned. Professional and friendly staff.
I have been treated by Dr Lacey for over 20 years and would highly recommend him.
Dr Lacey has performed three colonoscopies on me and each procedure was handled very well by Dr Lacey and all the staff. Recently he visited with me via phone camera and that was extremely helpful. It was a teleconference because of the Covid 19 restrictions. I did not know what to expect and it turned out great. All, because he took his time with me and the visit was better than I could have asked for.
