I've been a patient of Dr. Steady's for years. He's always been thorough from listening to your concerns carefully, making sure you understand the need for each test or procedure to providing positive results. His compassion and care shine through his pride of knowing that each of his patients feel that they've received the very best of care, which in turn leaves his patient(s) feeling that same glow and warmth. Dr Steady is Great HOWEVER, the office is the worst to get through to I have ever experienced. Never expect you call to be answered and the average hold time is 15 minutes.
Dr. Steady diagnosed me with Bacterial Overgrowth (in my intestines) by a Hydrogen Breath Test and then failed to treat me for it, as he assumed it was due to an "irritable bowel". His ego is bigger than his knowledge. I don't recommend him.
I have been treated by Dr. Steady and will be seeing him again for a different procedure. Dr. Steady is very accommodating and I feel he treated me as an individual and not a number. He made sure I comprehended exactly what findings were from his procedure. He is very kind and thoughtful. Yes, I recommend him to others.
i have been a patient of dr steady since 2000 and have had many procedures and consultations. he is an incredible doctor both proficient and with a dry sense of humor and solid personal commitment to his patients. in my experience there aren't many better than Dr Steady
I have seen Dr. Steady for over two years and he helped me prevent ulcers and Barrett's Esophagus Syndrome. He is very attentive, knowledgeable and prevention minded. He saw me right away when I had an emergency and his follow up is excellent. His staff is friendly and helpful and I never have to wait long. He is kind and compassionate with a great sense of humor. His center in Petaluma is well equipped and spotless. I highly recommend them.
He never treated or saw me and yet gave a poor analysis and testimony of my condition. Disappointing.
