I went here for over 10 years before moving away. Sad to leave. Dr. Ko is very direct about options when it comes to working with your insurance plan, as well as the pros and cons. He is very knowledgeable and efficient in his work. Going to the dentist always makes me anxious, especially since my personal dental care is not great due to chronic and mental health issues. I had my first dental procedure at 49 years old. I had an absolutely painless wisdom tooth extraction. Now a cavity at 51 years old and couldn’t believe there was zero pain again. Two extractions and one filling and zero pain. What has everyone been complaining about? So, it must be Dr. Ko. Confident, knowable, understanding and personable. What about his staff? It's been years but I still remember this place billing my plan a Root canal but all I had got done was an open and drain. Temp filling ..The office got upset about it when I told them when they called this was all I was getting done. I would not be back. In my view that's not ethical and is borderline illegal. Unfortunately I couldn't get anything done about this due to how my insuraner worked.
He is our family dentist for over 10 years and we all love him. He is very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I recommend doctor Stephen Ko to everyone. His reception is very friendly, professional and helpful as well.
