I had an appointment with Dr. Martino and I called to change the date a week in advance. Andrea was extremely rude and hung up on me. She shouldn't be working with people who are in pain and answering phone calls. I never got to see this doctor but I am not going to because the office is very rude and disrespectful. Plenty of neuro doctors with a better understanding office to deal with.

Disgusting, rude staff. The front desk receptionist, Andrea, was extremely unprofessional. I called to schedule a new patient appointment and she repeatedly interrupted me, spoke in a rude and obnoxious tone, and was incredibly dismissive. When I calmly asked her to be a bit nicer, she became loud and even more disrespectful. This is not how a medical office should treat people. If I could give a doctor 0 stars, “Dr” Marino takes the cake for the most incompetent, negligent, dismissive doctor I have ever consulted. I provided him with a copy of an MRI and the Report from said MRI, that found a tumor on my frontal lobe. The report detailed the diagnosis, stating that my migraines and seizures were caused by this tumor. This is the most pathetic office I have ever been too!! Tomorrow is the second time they are cancelling for 2 tests that supposedly the doctor wants done. The office staff is inconsiderate and rude!!
