I got called in for an appointment at 2. I showed up 15 minutes early as recommended by the office. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting until 230 pm without being seen because of patients before me. While I understand things happen, it would’ve been nice to be notified of the delays while in office. I was able to reschedule an appt. Hopefully it won’t occur again.
Love seeing Dr. Kaluzne. He is my favorite optometrist in the area. He makes me feel calm, welcome, and comfortable.
As already mentioned. I showed up early and waited 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen.
Dr. Kaluzne is great- he is really helpful in addressing issues with practical solutions that don't push expensive eyewear, prescriptions or special products. I'm getting older and his suggestions for inexpensive readers really help. I had chronic eyelid issues that were really annoying... his routine care suggestions immediately improved my daily life and were simple! I just didn't know how to properly wash and clean my eyes! So if I show up 10 minutes late, I have to reschedule. However, I show up early and wait 45 minutes for the doctor, it's perfectly fine. Awful.
