So if I show up 10 minutes late, I have to reschedule. However, I show up early and wait 45 minutes for the doctor, it's perfectly fine. Awful.
Waited well past 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I tried to have a contact prescription filled with the prescription they gave me and they cancelled it. They requested I come back and pay an additional fee for the contact prescription. They must heavily rely on TriCare referrals. Avoid at all costs.
Giving 1 star, as I was not seen until an hour after my appointment time, then found out it was because they mixed me up with another person with the same name. Not sure why or how they did not catch it when he was seen. But it took even more time for them to fix my information from his being put in under my name. Will not return
They don’t answer the phone or reply to voicemails. They only work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, which makes it even more difficult to get a hold of anybody.
