Every visit is always delayed. Not on time. I've been sitting at the waiting room for over an hour. I just finished one VCUHS appointment on another building. The doctor was punctual or I would say early than my schedule.
Awful physician. He displays fake empathy but doesn’t offer any solutions to non typical problems. After three visits no solution was offered to my problem. He is also very bad with follow ups. After four months I’m still waiting to be called to get a study done. I do not recommend him.
Dr. Bickston is a phenomenal person AND physician. After some not so stellar experiences with another GI practice, I moved my crohn's disease care to VCU and had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Bickston and Dr. Kumar. They made me feel extremely heard, validated, and well cared for. I am so confident in their treatment abilities and know that I am in the best hands.
Dr. Bickston took the time to talk to me and made me feel that he genuinely cared.
