DR. Bickston is the very compassionate knowledgeable and patient listening and addressing concerns l have. He saved my life more than once and so pleased with him.
He followed my condition for many years probably the best doctor I’ve ever met
Every visit is always delayed. Not on time. I've been sitting at the waiting room for over an hour. I just finished one VCUHS appointment on another building. The doctor was punctual or I would say early than my schedule.
Awful physician. He displays fake empathy but doesn’t offer any solutions to non typical problems. After three visits no solution was offered to my problem. He is also very bad with follow ups. After four months I’m still waiting to be called to get a study done. I do not recommend him.
