This person was hired as a consultant to independently review a medical case. Clearly they did not read the case report or they used some incredibly buggy AI in order to make a few bucks, as their responses indicate a fundamental misunderstanding of multiple medical diagnoses which is horrifying for an internal medicine doctor. Would recommend staying far away from this individual if you require a modicum of intellectual horsepower, critical thinking skills, integrity and / or empathy in your medical care.

do not have this doctor advise you on your health. this doctor is stating that after 23 years my small fiber neuropathy with autonomic dysfunction does not exist or was miraculously healed. He went against my own doctors record and notes, wanted historical notes beyond the review period. they requested noted from current visits not notes from when i was diagnosed in 2003 up until now.
