Honest and Professional I have been using this dentist office for 3 years, and am incredibly satisfied. They are all very gentle and caring. I have TMJ and have to frequently stop the DDS to give my jaw a moment to relax, he is always considerate of my needs and looks to make me comfortable at all times. when I need extended work done,The front office staff got pre-approval from my insurance and let me know well in advance what my out of pocket would be and even scheduled it all in one day so I didn't have to miss work.
I LOVE Dr. Francis. He's GREAT with me kids, my husband and me. He's gental and always makes recommendations that I appreciate. He really loves teeth and his patients!
Dr. Francis and his staff are friendly, professional and aware of their patients' needs and concerns. Perfect for Martinez, Dr. Francis is local and his practice has a comfortable small- town feeling that makes you feel right at home. I would recommend their services any day.
