I highly recommend Dr. Sipperly, but the office staff is horrible. They were short with with me on the phone and did not follow up with a referral that I requested. I tried getting through to his office for two days without success. I constantly waiting on hold. I'm thinking about changing doctors if the communication doesn't improve.
Dr Sipperly asks the right questions and seems sincerely interested in how I'm doing. This was my first visit with him and I'm glad I found him. Also Andrea at the front desk is a pleasure to deal with. I saw some negative reviews of the desk staff but everyone there is friendly. I want to go back just to talk to Andrea. She's a pleasure.
I don't know how they did it but they've managed to turn this office around with regards to how employees respond to patients. They answer calls and are polite and professional. They/the doctor responds promptly via their patient portal. I'm glad I stuck around and didn't try to find a new doctor. Dr. Sipperly himself spends time addressing questions and concerns. Consistently have to wait for half hour or more past the start of an appointment to be seen. Staff is friendly but I don't know how much time I want to waste here.
Dr Sipperly is great and I highly recommend. I have seen him for years, he responds to my questions in the portal and provides great care when in office.
