I’m extremely disappointed with the treatment my son and I received at Dr. Stephen Weis’s office at 855 Montgomery in Fort Worth, TX. My son had been a patient there for years for eczema. Before leaving to study abroad, the doctor requested a blood test and approval for the medication Rinvoq, which was medically necessary for managing his condition while overseas. I strongly advise against going to this place. Unfortunately, they haven't provided adequate care for my son. Two months ago, I contacted them to follow up on his prescribed medication, which they had pre-authorized. Despite numerous calls, they failed to send the prescription to the pharmacy. My son's condition has worsened, and I've expressed my concerns, but they seem unconcerned.
I was patient of Dr. Weis for about couple years , he is fabulous! Friendly, professional ,caring and of course “Extremely Knowledgeable about HS” which is destroying my life for very long time . Dr Weis explained to me in detail and listened until I stop talking ( I talk too much and it’s hard to stop me ) 😂 He was very compassionate and understanding about my pain level.
