Dr. Higgins is one of the rare doctors who listens well and is very responsive, both in his clinic and when using the patient portal. I feel very grateful to be his patient and to have him in our community.

I recently had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Higgins. I did not have a single problem. Dr. Higgins was reassuring during the pre-op visit and encouraging when the laser was used. The next day he was delighted that the surgery went well. A very good experience for me.
Very knowledgable and trustworthy. Eye exam very thorough. Lucky to have him here in Kalamazoo/Portage area. Support staff always pleasant and helpful.
