They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me they couldn't find anything and to come back if it happened again. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even follow up or seem concerned. I've even had my boss have a co-worker drive me from work to there because I was doing so badly. I have seen both Dr. Stecyk and Dr. Fry and just feel rushed and dismissed most times. After having both of them as a practitioner for I have decided not to go back.
