You go there to see a specialist. They tell you that Patrick, a P.A., will see you instead. You are then told to not worry because Patrick is “just as good.” Nothing against Patrick, he’s a great guy.... but not a specialist. The problem is that your bill will come stating that the specialist saw you (I don’t even know how he looks like.) Charged for specialist care but received basic service with a P.A.
TODAY I SAW DR. STEPHEN BROWN FOR SHOULDER PAIN AND BICEP PAIN . HE SET UP A PLAN TO GET TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE CARE HE GAVE ME. HE WAS VERY NICE AND MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE. DR. BROWN YOU ARE A VERY SWEET , KIND , CARING , COMPASSIONATE DOCTOR. THANK YOU FOR GETTING THE TESTING I NEED SO FAST TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON WITH ME , SO YOU CAN FIX IT. I DON'T HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME TO GET MY TEST I AM GETTING MY TEST TOMORROW THEN I WILL SEE DR.
