Poor care and unsympathetic treatment of my 78 year old Mother during an extraction. Wrong tooth pulled and when she returned to the office, Danielle stated that she could have "brought It down a notch" when she was emotionally traumatized by the egregious error. (That means outstandingly bad, Danielle). Wonder if and when the Dr. will call to apologize? Wonder If Danielle's phone works since Josey said she would have her call me back and I am still waiting? I guess it is time to "eat crow".
