Unfortunately, Dr. Carmona is extremely rude and mistreated my husband and I due to a scheduling misunderstanding as new clients. It has been a long time since we’ve dealt with such an unprofessional office. Disappointing.
On March 24th, I made an appointment for my wife and I here for April 10th at 12:00 p.m. The receptionist initially asked if we were available April 3 (today’s date). I told her no, because it’s one of our busiest weeks of the year, and she booked us for April 10th. My wife and I both marked our calendars while I was still on the phone as we both work full-time jobs that are appointment and event heavy. Fantastic dentist! Dr. Carmona is very friendly and professional and all his staff are all great people.
Our family have been patients of Dr. Carmona for several years. He is a great dentist. He takes the time to explain to his patients exactly what is going on at each visit. He also has an amazing staff. Our dental hygienist Kendra does a great job and is always pleasant . I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone who is looking for great dental service.
This is the best dentist. I don't think he even knows the difference he has made in my life. I have been suffering with tooth/nerve pain and he corrected that, I am able to chew my food better, and it is even improved my blood sugar count. Who knew, thank you so much!
