Worst experience ever. After waiting for more than 2 hours to be presented with a treatment plan and estimates, I was informed that Dr. Crouse was refusing treatment because with my insurance plan (that I pay for through my employer) didn’t pay enough for the treatments I needed. Mind you, this is an insurance plan that his practice accepts and I am an existing patient for years with another doctor in the practice with whom I’ve never had this issue. Best dentist I’ve ever been too! Very calm vibe. Office is never packed nor is the waiting room. He does not overbook himself. His demeanor has a calming effect. He has treated my bad gums and teeth for years. I’d rather pay him cash than use my insurance with a different dentist. He is a old school dentist that you can trust. I now drive from the keys to see Dr Crouse! Well worth the trip!

The front desk girl is super kind. A perfect front desk reception. The staff also knows how to get the most of my moms dental insurance. She's a retired NYC school teacher and has great but tricky benefits. If the claims aren't filed just right they won't pay. The staff is great. The Dentist himself is good too but it's his staff that set him apart.

Dr. Crouse and all his staff was very, very helpful. They answered whatever questions or concerns that I had. They were all very caring. Overall it was a great experience. Would recommend him to everyone!

I have pretty bad gums and Dr Crouse never once treated me for my gum disease.
