I have been here before and Doctor was very good but saw me 90 minutes after my scheduled appt because he had an elderly patient he was dealing with, I didn't complain because I understand .... fast forward.... I need an emergency appointment on Friday morning and they have an opening in the afternoon. I wrote down 1:30 but they say it was for 1:10. Very busy packed office. Office and rooms quiet small. The staff is great they have very ingenious ways to accommodate it's patients. Hats off to them all Well Done.

I called Dr. Brown’s office at 7:25am on a Wednesday morning for an acute eye issue and was given an appt at 8:15am that day! I was seen within 15 minutes. I’ve enjoyed the two appts I’ve had with Dr. Stephen Brown—this appt was no exception. He’s very pleasant, knowledgeable, and gentle with his eye exams. Brown Eye Care Associates staff is on the ball with their work effort too. I feel well cared for. Thank you for making a scary eye problem into a great experience!
