Suffered whiplash from being hit from behind. Staff was very nice and short waiting time. Dr Gephardt was thorough and professional. Got a series of epidurals. Neck is better but still in need of more treatments. Will definitely recommend. Great bedside manner!
Excellent!! I called had no appointment to let Dr. Gephardt know that the lidocaine patches we're giving me relief and he had me come pick up some more no wait. When ever I call I get a response on that call . I am treated like I matter . Great staff you know when people are treating you right I recommend Dr. Gephardt to anyone who has pain management needs . I have had terrible experience with Dr. Gephardt. I have been repeatedly pushed off on his Physician Assistants who don't know what to do. I brought this to Dr. Gerhardt's attention repeatedly but the Dr. ignores this information. I have been a pain patient for many years. I had to contact Medicaid numerous times and since this Doctor refuses to see patients regularly to give appropriate treatment and write prescriptions correctly by the licensed Pain Physician, Medicaid is assigning a new Pain Management Doctor to treat me.
This practice has given me my life back. Every staff member truly cares. I am truly thankful for their help getting my pain under control so I can function as a single mother & professional.
Dr. Gephardt and his staff are amazing! I have never been treated so well. I’m a Medicaid patient and he still takes his time and treats me well. I’ve been his patient for 2 years.
Very caring and friendly doctor. He addressed all my concerns. No long wait in his office, and his office staff is very professional.
Always accommodating and courteous
Don't go see this Doctor if you are on Medicaid, cause the time he will allow you will be no more than 60 seconds, he nor his staff will care about your health, your concerns, or what is ailing you. When you are on Medicaid, that whole staff becomes in a coma! I just don't understand why he keeps taking patients on Medicaid if he has no respect for them and thinks they are less than human beings. too bad no charcters left or I can give you a dzzying list of examples
