I couldn't believe how uncaring and unprofessional Dr. Festa was. He cancelled a visit with my frightened uncomfortable child 15 minutes prior to her scheduled visit because we weren't in the office yet. Even though I was on the phone with his office and double-parked outside trying to get advice on parking since I drove around for 30 min trying to find a spot. Dr. Festa is a star in our house. Both of my daughters adore him. Our first visit was for a 2nd opinion (another dentist recommended my 3 year old have 4 pulpotomies and undergo general anaesthesia). Dr Festa performed the procedures without general anaesthesia... and I've never taken my girls to another dentist. He does not accept my dental plan, but his staff is quick to submit the forms on our behalf. I've found that they always honor our appointment, we rarely have had to wait at all.

My son has been going to Dr. Festa for approximately 15 years, beginning when he was 21/2 years old. Although going to the dentist could be stressful for a child and his parents, the professional attitude and caring shown by him and his staff made it less stressful. I would definitely refer other families to him. The hygienists and front desk are nice and helpful. Dr. Festa sets the tone for the entire office and I have been very satisfied with the dental care my son receives. Sincerely, Joyce Villarin
