To give full attention and care to my patients, to try to help my patients the best I could and to treat my patients as whole. It is easy as an MD to just focus on the medical aspect but I always try to understand the emotional aspect of each patient, as it relates to the condition I am treating, i.e. how the patient feels. Finally, I am not a prescription happy neurologist, when there are non pharmacological options, I always encourage that including complementary and alternative methods.

Dr. Busono is responsible for treatment and management of a rare autoimmune disease from a crisis to recovery. He listens and responds with a careful plan and a successful process of treatment. Because of him, I am currently in remission.
I have been seeing Dr. Busono for many years now, for a nerve condition in my head. I absolutely love him. He takes the time to listen to what you say and shows concern, and does very through evaluations. I also have my special needs son see him, for his migraines . Love him, and pray he never leaves.
I saw Dr. Busono for a nerve conduction test and EMG. He explained everything clearly and I felt he was very meticulous in carrying out the tests. His manner is friendly and sympathetic. I am very happy to be his patient.
Excellent have seen 9 other Neurologist in NJ since I left NY and this ones is a keeper. Really work very hard with me to come up with a treatment plan
Not good. He barely examined me, didn't ask anything about my medical history. Told me my brain is making my pain and that is all.
Only reason I gave one star is because I could not give zero stars. Never ever calls back in a reasonable amount of time (over 8 hours). Insurance company called to state that they cannot get this Dr Busono to call back after several days. Just horrible.
Just another greedy doctor who doesn't respond to emails or return phone calls. Staff is just as apathetic.
Not impressed. I had an amazing neurologist, but he moved. This Doctor Is often In His own world and does not listen well. He does not follow the notes my original Doctor provided. The staff is pleasant, but the jesus music always playing Is painful. Do Not count on him with an emergency like needing a prescription. He also Does Not except credit cards, but is quick to charge even when You should not be.
Dr. Busono listens and explains. When he went over my MRI, he turned his laptop so that I could see, and pointed out the things that he was explaining. I have never had a doctor do this before. Dr. Busono respects his patients and, in addition to being competent, he is very caring.
