I've been waiting for 1 month for this office in East Meadow to submit a pre-treatment estimate request to my insurance company for gum surgery, etc. Their billing dept. sent it to the wrong area of the insurance company, not once but TWICE. And then i asked them to email my XRAYS to my new dentist and they never did.They don't even have the courtesy to return phone calls. Totally unprofessional, incompetent and I've switched to a different periodontist...they wasted my time, delayed much needed gum surgery and they couldn't... read more
