Here is a letter I just sent to Dr. Noel Krok and the staff at Eye Q: Today is Thursday. Last Sunday late I lost my left contact lens while I was removing it (very mysteriously vanished before my eyes, as they say), called you on Monday but I was overdue for a check-up, had that check-up (you worked me in) on Tuesday, and picked up my new lenses (replaced the right one too which was 3 years old) today at 5:45 pm.
