Love Dr. Jacobs! The front desk staff is God awful! Unorganized. Unprofessional, unaccountable for their mistakes!!! Calls the night before my appointment about need a referral. What accaountable offices waits until the night before the appointment to let you know this then blames you and cancels your appointment. GBMC as a whole has gone downhill!!!!!
Dr.Jacobs is amazing! She listened to my concerns and any lady would knows when it comes to a exam sometimes it can be uncomfortable. Dr.Jacobs knew it was uncomfortable for me. She told me what she was going to do before she processed. This made me feel so much better knowing that she knew that it hurt. After all that she took time to explain to me my opinions. Knowing I had not 1 but 3 opinions to fix my pain made me trust her.
