1) Trying to get hold of them via phone is almost impossible. Their answering machine says they close from 12:00-1:00 for lunch, but they leave the phones on answering machine for hours after they're supposed to be back. When you do get through, you're immediately put on hold. I sat on hold for 10 straight minutes one day. 2) Dr Elmore may be amazing, but I wouldn't know because I only ever saw her PA. I am not a person who frequentlygoes to the doctor but my anxiety and depression took over my life. When I first came in i simply filled out dome paperwork and came to the back to a room. The nurse doing my vitals was kind and very helpful. Almost like she was rooting for me to get better. The Dr came in and sat down and listened to every crazy thought in my head. Hands down the best doctor I have ever been to..EVER. I have been her patient for twenty years+. We have kids same age. I moved out state..my husband works for Delta, I fly back to her..best staff. Best family place. No doctor beats her care!! Tried. Walked out on specialists that knew less than she does. Knowledgeable, personable, compassionate, honest, spends time, follows up, so rare you have no idea. I would pay cash outright if she gave up on insurance and went to select few on call client base. This dr is a joke. I'm pretty sure the staff did all of the surveys to make it look like the Dr is great. First off you probably won't see Dr. Elmore but her Stuck up PA's. And second they are an expert on losing labs and blaming the patients. They don't even have the nerve to call the patient and tell them they lost the labs but give an attitude and say" it wasn't me who lost it" . I have been seeing Dr. Elmore and Mike Anderson for 3 + years. They are thoughtful, caring and actually listen to you. No rushing you in or out. Very pro-active in your healthcare. True professionals. Thank you Starcare and Staff. L M Washington

Excellent practioner who I have used since 1996. Her staff of PA's are also excellent and can get you in when she is booked which really helps with my work schedule.

Dr. Elmore has been very understanding and helpful in balancing my hormones and detecting vitamin deficiencies that were really interfering with my life. I highly recommend this practice!
