I have been a patient of Dr Elmore's for over 20 years. She takes her time, listens to my concerns and answers my questions. I never feel rushed when I have an appointment, which is uncommon these days. She is patient, caring and empathic. I highly recommend Dr Elmore and any of the PAs in her office.
I have nothing but great experiences from Dr. Elmore's office. It's never a long wait and always great treatment front front desk staff. I see the physician assistant Micheal Franklin and he makes me feel beyond comfortable. He actually listens.
I have been using Dr. Elmore for almost 10 years. She is much better at listening to your needs than most of the hurried doctors we see today. She is knowledgeable and open to your ideas and thoughts as well as contributing her own. I believe she genuinely cares for the well being of her patients. Dr. Elmore has been instrumental in improving my quality of life, and I am very thankful for having found her.
I usually see Kathleen for my annual exam and prescription refill. I used to see Dr. Elmore more often but Starcare seems busy in the last several years. The office building is older and the layout is strange. My biggest annoyance is the office staff; they're not rude but definitely not inviting, the phone lines are usually busy or I'm put on hold straight away, scheduling is challenging (more due to the workload of the Dr & PAs). Dr. Elmore is a wonderful Physician. I feel like she truly listens and tries to help her patients. She is respectful and kind, and she explains things well. I definitely would recommend her to anyone, she is an excellent care provider.
The staff are kind and have nice senses of humor. They are also bilingual and so for Spanish speaking folks, it is a welcoming environment. They are thorough and great.
Appopintment to get with Dr. Elmore's is very difficult even for the existing patient. They are asking patient with pain to come after 4 days with other practitioner.
I have been patient of Dr. Elmore's for several years and over the last few years the quality of service and the level of care has declined significantly. Kathleen is one of the absolute worst physician's assistance and has a horrible bedside manner. I have been prescribed a number of medications without adequate instructions and when you start experiencing side effects your concerns ar disregarded. And if you have an afterhour emergency you are told by the staff your call is waking them up.
I have been a patient for more than 15 years. She is very caring and has helped me so many times, including when I got sick while traveling.
