Dr. Gruenes and staff were very professional and Dr. Gruenes very thoroughly explained the procedures and what is expected to take place to meet my goals.
Five-star service on my first visit. Spacious and welcoming facilities. Staff very friendly, attentive and assuring. Dr. Gruenes is very impressive in her knowledge and expertise.
The facilities and staff are all very good. I wish this office would become an 'In Network' provider. I end up paying a portion for services my insurance would otherwise cover completely.
From the moment I scheduled my appointment, I was thoroughly impressed. The entire staff is incredible—compassionate, organized, and truly caring. I loved meeting with Dr. Gruenes, discussing my dental history, and gaining a deeper understanding of my oral health. I had a sensitive tooth so I went to get it checked out. They took x-rays and thoroughly checked the area. Dr. Gruenes checked it and determined the best route was to have the tooth pulled. I was very happy with the team effort. I would highly recommend her practice. I have gone for close to two decades.
