I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend!
PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS!!! I felt the way I was spoken to at the front desk was unprofessional. Cristina was discouteous and lacked professionalism. After talking to Dr. Finley, she too was dismissive and uninterested about how Cristina spoke to me. I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient. The atmosphere at this office is quite cold and not meeting professional standards. Again, please read the reviews before you schedule an appointment.
I came into Dr. Finley’s office. Of course a little nervous. Staff very friendly helpful. Met Dr. Finley. She was very kind and personable and knowledgeable and quickly reassured me. She was thorough fast and gentle. God shine the light on that staff. Good job exclamation point thank you
Made my appointment well in advance. They’re online. Patient portal is extremely hard to maneuver. If you do not have a laptop, you cannot enter your information. Went to my appointment was told I could not see the doctor because my information was not in my portal before coming to the office. Said I needed to reschedule, told the next patient was already in the waiting room. I’ve had to see a lot of doctors with my conditions lately in Florida . It Has not been a fun experience. Seeing Dr. Finley was so refreshing . It was so nice being listened to. She's an absolutely wonderful doctor. I felt heard the first time in years.
