ALWAYS late for schedule appointments. I would wait between 30 mins to an hour after scheduled to be seen by her. She seems very rush and it’s hard to ask her questions. She would schedule tests without telling me why.
I saw Dr. Eisenberg today in the Northwest office. I am 65 years old and suffer from vaginal atrophy. His exam was so painful I could hardly withstand it. My expressions of pain we’re not met with a softer touch or even and I’m sorry. This exam was excruciating and by the time I got home I felt completely assaulted and disrespected. I will not be seeing this doctor again. He should not be treating older women who are experiencing vaginal atrophy. He is brutal.My body is sore, my heart hurts.
Earliest appointment was three months out. Then staff cancelled my appointment and moved it out another four weeks. Waited an hour and 15 minutes for my scheduled appointment. Staff made no apology. When I brought it up the medical assistant's only comment was that the doctor always runs late.
I wanted a second opinion and i picked Dr Eisenberg since he had really good reviews. Im glad I did. He explained everthing in detail, took his time, listened and answered all my questions.
Dr. Eisenberg truly cares. He listened to my concern and addressed it. Upon examination he explained my condition and gave me options on how to deal with the situation. He is warm and friendly and easy to talk to. I did not feel rushed.
Dr. Eisenberg was a great doctor. He was professional and friendly. He explained things simply and directly and was never pushy about anything. His office staff in Green Valley, on the other hand, was lacking. They lost my paper work twice and forgot another set of paperwork at their other office for a month. I had appointments where I waited for five minutes before I was in, and others where we waited for an hour.
