My daughter had her first dental visit with Dr. Manning’s office and it was incredible!! The staff were very sweet, knowledgeable and communicative. I encourage anyone to visit Dr. Manning for a seamless visit from start to finish!
Stephanie, took almost $3,000.00 for an anti-snore device (which worked), lost a spare bottom piece that wears out, lost my medical records and told me that she had to start over and I had to pay everything all over again. When I got mad, she told me to go somewhere else.
I made am appointment a month ago and received a call less than 24 before my appointment to cancel. Niw, I must wait another 3 weeks. This was an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. Not a great start...
When I moved to NC I wondered what I would do about finding a dentist since I knew no one down here. Dr. Manning and her staff provide me with the best experience anywhere in my 55 years on Earth. Professional, friendly and sincerely compassionate care punctuated an experience that set and met expectations. Thank you Dr. Stephanie and staff!!!
Dr. Manning assured me she could she could p u l l or surgically remove my tooth.. after attempting to do so for 2 hours and and failed, she referred me to an oral surgeon which could not happen for 3 days. The only thing dr. Manning could extract was over $100 out of my wallet, me ending up in the ER and a week of hell waiting for an infection to clear she created because of the abscess under the tooth she was trying to pull, before I can have the tooth extracted. Never again!!!
Excellent dental care. Everyone is friendly and professional. Dental assistant is excellent great knowledge base and nice personality. Dr. Manning is experienced and provides up to date dental services. She had an easy manner and is very personable. Front office staff are friendly and very accommodating.
