I was a patient of Dr. Stephanie Au during a case of myopericarditis. She was extremely helpful in explaining all the medications and implications of the condition. She was always available, and even when she wasn't, she made a clear effort to reach out as soon as possible. She is committed and respectful to her patients who reciprocate the same.

This doctor is extremely rude and obnoxious when and if you are over weight according. to her standards.
I've had Dr. Au as my cardiologist for over 5 years. She has always been wonderful with me as has her receptionist. When I've been in hospital for other reasons and she walks by she has always had a couple of minutes to stop and say hi and does the same if I see her around town. She has always been courteous, knowledgeable and on top of my health. I'm shocked to read negative reviews. Not my experience in any way. I'm a low income senior.
Demanded money from me for a "missed appointment fee" for a phone call televisit appointment from their receptionist that came from a blocked anonymous number and then hid behind their "policy" when I asked to rebook for a televisit. I told them it's illegal to ask for payment for an MSP covered service. They also refused to issue me a holter when I stated I cannot be held responsible for theft or loss. They clearly only care about themselves and have no business caring for vulnerable sick disabled people.
