Went to see Dr Kowalyk with an undetectable < .010 Hyperthyroidism tsh level because it was so low. Took a month for them to get back to me after each bloodwork taken only later to be diagnosed with severe Hypothyroidism tsh level over 25. I've been so sick for over a year now. To top it off, they said they would charge me a large fee if I didn't cancel future appointments on time. Then I couldn't get a person to answer their phone.

Amy, the receptionist, has a terrible attitude. No explanations, just sarcasm. No manners either. Actually glad I'm unable to attend this facility and am seeking else where.

Yes I’ve been calling for a week now Edgepark pharmacy has tried getting ahold of them when they answered they said Edgepark was supp to send a form for my insulin pods and g6 sensor well here it is I’m out and Edgepark calls me today and tells me the dr office still hasn’t got back to them. What is there main priority there?? Obv not taking care of the patient. They have lousy customer service and not very good of taking care of the needs of the patient. Recommendation find a different endocrinologist

I said I would be more comfortable getting one just to check everything was ok. So he got me the MRI. I ended up having a benign tumor. However while I was taking theses pills I would just pass out and getting really sick (migraines, shakes, ect.) because my sugar would drop so low and i couldn’t get it up. So after a couple of these episodes I tried to call Dr... read more

Very frustrated with him especially after finding out that he should have been doing yearly ultrasounds of my thyroid/lymph nodes since having it removed due to cancer in 2021. Now 4 years later another Dr has discovered two suspicious lymph nodes and remnant thyroid tissue that may be cancerous possibly residual leftover from before. Needless to say he is not on top of your care, the office is always busy and annoyed by you if you call needing something, and he isn't following standard practice of care if that isn't enough ... read more
