This is the worst. Dr keeps pushing meds that I have already failed and the office staff keeps losing insurance and prior authorization information. I have had to reschedule tests because they did not get the paperwork done. Which caused me to have to reschedule other providers. I have lost respect for this office. The only saving grace is the NP, Sherry. I would give her 5 stars separately if I could.
Great staff, wonderful dr. Knows his stuff.
I’ve been going to see Dr Kowalyk for 29 years and he knows an awful lot about the Endocrine system.
