Scheduling office is terrible. Made an appointment and had my primary send them a referral. Midafternoon of the day before my early morning appointment telling me that my referral was invalid. I contacted my primary to send another but 5 minutes before my primary’s office closed, they called again to say they were not contacted and had not received a replacement. Totally unprofessional. There was no way for me to keep the appointment. They had two weeks to inform me that there was an issue.
Extremely long wait times with scheduled appointments. Lack of concern for patients with problems after surgery.
Dr. Oliva is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with….I’ve been going to him for many years and would never change doctors!
Today, February 15, 2024, I had a full body examination. Merril Hart, the Physican Assistant, was exceptionally pleasant and professional. She provided a very thorough exam, provided a comfortable environment during the exam, and was attentive to answering any and all my questions and concerns. I have used Florida Dermatologists since pre-COVID and have been completely impressed with their services. I would recommend Florida Dermatologists to anyone requiring the services of dermatologist.
