They are busy, because they are OUTSTANDING! That said, I always seek out Sports Medicine doctors first !! They know pain and how to get you back into your chosen sport OR just “the game of life” with the best options and least drama. Efficient, safe, effective. Just do it. To echo past reviews, I would agree 100% that this doctor does not care about anyone but himself. After waiting 2 hours for an appointment I was on time for, this man was the WORST experience I have ever had with a doctor. He was dismissive, disrespectful and blatantly rude. He was not interested in anything I had to say nor willing to listen to any questions. At one point he said “I’m not talking to you.” I have never felt so irrelevant or met a doctor who so clearly has no business treating human beings.

I waited exactly two hours to finally see Dr. Sten Kramer, despite arriving to my appointment on time. When I did, he did not greet me, or look me in the eye… He never apologized for being 2 hours late. He frequently cut me off when I answered his prompts, which wasn’t even reasonable because I always come prepared with a succinct description. I found Dr. Kramer to be very abrupt and unwilling to listen to my input. He wanted to lecture only. I would not recommend him.

I can't say enough about Dr. Sten Kramer and his Physician Assistant, Robin Ray. Kramer Orthopedics came highly recommended to me for care related to my sci. I've been treating with this office for almost 2 years and I'm confident they have my best interest at heart. At every appointment I have been greeted with kindness, compassion and professionalism. Unfortunately, life hasn't been very easy with my diagnosis, but I appreciate the knowledge and resources that Dr. Kramer and Robin have provided me. I will forever be gratef... read more

Dr. Kramer was so kind and really took the time to explain my current neck issue with me. He answered all my questions thoroughly, and he was very genuine. I feel like I finally have answers. Also, I really enjoyed the staff. They were kind enough to have one of the women sit with my 14 mo. old and entertain him while I have x-rays. The staff are very welcoming as well.

Dr. Sten Kramer has treated me with excellant results for over 10 years. I have had back surgery (2 rods, 6 screws), rotator cuff on both shoulders with in the past 15 years and Sten keeps me playing tennis 3 or 4 times a week. Always gives options and makes a recommendation.

Not likely at all. Had an appointment with them today and they refused to see me unless I paid $500 just to see them even though I have insurance ....2 form. I was in a car accident but I don’t even know if it did anything to my back. So they refused my insurance. I was in a car accident previously and my insurance paid for it and then we just re-inverse the insurance company. The most frustrating thing was they didn’t tell me this before the appointment. I found the staff very impersonal.

Dr. Kramer is a very nice person, but his Mild Procedure on my back (in March 2018) has caused more unwanted complications than I would have ever imagined. Practically all the nerves at the L4-L5 level seem to have been bruised during this surgical procedure, resulting in Urinary Incontinence, Fecal Incontinence, and Weakness in the Right Foot Toes. Not much improvement of symptoms over 7 weeks! Dr Kramer has been concerned about my issues, but it will be hard to undo the serious nerve damage.
