My husband and I have been seeing her for several yrs. she is an excellent doctor compassionate and very knowledgeable.
Dr. Stella Koretsky is a kind, caring, trustworthy, compassionate, knowledgeable & professional Dr w/ an exceptional bedside manner. She sits with you, listens & never makes you feel rushed. Her medical staff is friendly & courteous. The waiting room has a tranquil atmosphere because she doesn't book double & triple appts. I Love the patient portal that facilitates communication & lab results are posted in a timely manner. Dr Koretsky has been my doctor for many yrs . I’ve never trusted a doctor as I do her ..she’s very attentive and answers any and all questions you have . I’ve never walked away feeling like I wasn’t properly taken care of or understood , and that is a RARE find these days .. She is certainly the BEST in my eyes ..!!
My visit was wonderful from the moment I open the door with smiling and welcoming staffing Christin’s outstanding personality and professionalism. All the way to outstanding backstaff. Both providers Dr Koretsky and Selena are amazing my health is so well cared for could not ask for anything better in my life I thank God for everyone in this office Now my whole family is see at this office. I always enjoy the staff at Westover Hills Primary Care, they are always friendly, courteous and treat both myself and husband as an individual. they are never rushed and always return emails, calls and deal with concerns quickly. We love all of the Staff.
Very happy top have found my doctor
I have now called once and my wife twice and nobody returns our calls. This office submits things incorrectly to insurance thus creating bills that I've never had to pay for with previous providers. The Dr. and Nurse are fantastic but the office staff is so horrible that this place is not to be recommended and you should find your healthcare needs elsewhere. I've also been waiting for longer than a week now to have a very basic prescription filled. Very poor service and communication. Very upset
