Dr Tolan may be a good surgeon but if you have any complications or problems after surgery, good luck trying to see him. It is very difficult to reach an actual person in his office and they cancel appointments randomly with no explanation or apology. 3 months after shoulder surgery and I still have pain, restricted movement and bruising. I understand recovery takes times but even physical therapy is confused about some of my issues. Do not use Dr Tolan if you are looking for adequate, caring follow up after surgery.
I was very pleased with the care I recieved from Dr. Tolan & staff. They always treat you well. I have had therapy & surgery. I recommend them to anyone who may need these services. Thanks again for all your help during my shoulder surgery & healing process.
