My daughter waited over a month for an appt with Dr. Malowiz. The appt staff made a mistake when they booked her appt, telling us the wrong location for that date. Instead of honoring the original appt, we had to cancel. The staff was rude. Their mistake and unwillingness to correct it resulted in my daughter having to wait even longer for her care, which we found with another doctor. If the staff is any indication of the care in the office, I would absolutely avoid this clinic.
Love Dr. Malowitz! He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He is very detail oriented. He is a great pediatrician. My son is 10 years old. Has stomach, nausea, and vomiting. Dr. Malowitz explained two types of issues kiddos have with these problems; organic and functional. Organic is disease like virus, chrons, celiac, pancreatitis, etc. Functional is symptomatic like pain. LOVE Dr. Malowitz. Took my daughter to a different pedi gastroenterologist previously and he was of no help. Dr. M took his time and was very thorough. Asked lots of questions, did a thorough physical exam and took lots of time explaining what she likely had and how we could help her. Involved my daughter in the entire experience and explained what was happening and what could be done in a way that was very easy to understand. Love Susan as well. Very pleased!!!
