Very poor customer service, extremely hard to get in touch with this office. Arrived for my appointment while they were on lunch and they saw was sitting outside but didn't open the door till after one. Dentist has Poor skills and explaining procedures and his staff is inconsiderate of parents being with their children. I wish I had read the previous review prior to receiving treatment from this dentist. My story is pretty much the same except I was told his friend could put in an implant. After almost six months trying to work with him, I am now being treated by an Endodontist to correct his root canal and preform another in the connecting tooth which has been "contaminated". Don't go see this dentist, he is terrible! He's ruined both my and my daughter's teeth. He put a crown on one tooth; I went back 3 times because it still hurt and was told it was just healing. Fourth time I went back, he told me that I needed a root canal on the tooth he had capped, and would need a specialist to drill through the crown and do the root canal. When I asked him why he didn't mention the root canal BEFORE he did the $700 crown, he told me that there had been a 50/50 chance and he decided it wasn't necessary. No... read more
